Jo’s Style Tip…This Autumnal basket tote is hand woven by the skilled artisans in the department of Nariño, Colombia. Hand dyed in this beautiful wine colour then woven in Iraca Palm (you’ve heard of the famous Panama hat I’m sure, same material) found in the rainforests of Colombia each bag takes days to make, using a technique and skill still passed down through generations of indigenous women. They share their heritage with you!
The straps are handmade in Argentinian Leather with hand woven detailing by our leather man in Bogota so this truly is a special piece you will treasure for years to come. Sometimes simple is elegant for real laidback lux style with your jeans for the ultimate pulled together feel.
