Returns Policy

I hope that you love your purchase as it's been specially selected for it's quality & Style. If you are not 100% happy please contact me to arrange an Exchange or Return.
  • Please do so within 14 days of receipt, if this is not possible please contact me.
  • Returns outwith this timeframe will be offered an exchange or credit note.
  • A prompt Return is appreciated, send with adequate postal coverage to protect the value of the item with proof of postage. 
  • We are currently unable to offer free returns.
  • A refund (if required) will be made once the item is received In good condition, to the payment method used.
  • Please leave any labels on the item as we are unable to accept without these. Please also return in an unworn/unsoiled condition as you received it.
  • Please report any faults/issues with the item on first contact regarding return.
  • Any items that are 'Made to Order' are not eligible for Return due to them being bespoke. This includes all ‘Everyday Style Story Edits’ designed in-house and made in Colombia. If the item is found to be faulty on delivery it will be replaced with a like for like exchange.
  • Some Sale items are eligible for Return and you will be offered an exchange or credit note. Final Sale items are non return (50%+ discount), please check the collection details for more information or get in touch before placing your order.
